Wealthy & wise

For me the wealth journey began with a complete change of consciousness. I spent the first 36 years of my life with an impoverished view of my reality, telling myself things like "I'll never be rich." and "Money's not important."

When I was introduced to this business, my perception of myself and what was possible for my life started to expand. I devoured wealth authors from Robert Kiyosaki to T. Harv Eker and Napoleon Hill, to put myself on the wealth track and free my mind of garbage thinking that was holding me back from being the fullest expression of who I am.

If wealth seems like something akin to "greed" or "unfair", or if it's been elusive for you, I recommend these titles as a place to start your wealth journey. Wealth is, after all, a mindset. If you don't possess it now, you need to cultivate it, constantly, in order to expand beyond the limits of how you currently see yourself.

As Wallace Wattles notes in "The Science of Getting Rich", it's easy for us to describe our lives in terms of what is so, what our circumstances actually are. It requires an entirely different degree of thinking and training to speak of our lives in terms of what we envision and wish to create -- that isn't here yet but is on its way.
